Recently,
cleansers with an oily texture work on the principle of “fat dissolves fat”,
have been very popular - hydrophilic oils, cleansing balms, oleogels. These are products for gentle atraumatic cleansing of the skin, most often for two-phase cleansing.

Biphasic cleansing is a procedure in which two different cleansing agents are used one after the other. Typically, this method is used to remove makeup, to effectively wash off products with spf filters, to cleanse skin prone to clogged pores, to prevent the occurrence of comedones.
Interestingly, “oily” cleansers are great for oily and combination skin types (remember, fat dissolves oil), as well as softening and additionally nourishing dry or dehydrated skin.
How to use a cleansing balm
Step 1
On dry skin (!) with or without make-up - it does not matter, apply a small amount of balm. With gentle massage movements, evenly distribute it over the surface of the skin of the face, neck, décolleté, if necessary. Massage without stretching the skin until the impurities on its surface dissolve.
Step 2
Moisten your palms with water and walk over the entire area of application. The balm, mixing with water, will turn into a gentle emulsion.
Step 3
Moisten a towel or napkin (reusable large sponge), which is usually included with the balm, with enough hot water and carefully remove the remnants of the product from the skin. Rinse your face with clean water.
Step 4
Carry out the second stage of cleansing - use foam or gel for washing.
Then proceed to tone and moisturize your skin as usual.
