Epsom Salt is a natural magnesium salt with fine white crystals that makes daily self-care more enjoyable and diverse. Just add the salt to warm water — and your bath transforms into a home SPA ritual with an atmosphere of comfort, relaxation, and emotional renewal.
Suitable for: a refined self-care ritual for those who appreciate home care and SPA treatments. Perfect for restoring magnesium balance, caring for the skin, evening relaxation, or preparing for rest — for both adults and children from 1+ years.
Just a few spoonfuls of salt — and the bathwater becomes soft and enriched with magnesium sulfate, while the ritual provides a pleasant sense of care, relaxation, and comfort.
For shared baths:
Pour 150-200 g of salt into warm water (37-38 degrees Celsius).
Take a bath for at least half an hour. In the first 15-20 minutes, the body is detoxified, then magnesium is saturated.
For a shared bath for children, 50 g of salt is enough, this is about 2 heaped tablespoons.
The first procedures can be made shorter in time to allow the body to get used to it. Gradually increase your shared bath time to half an hour.
Try to avoid hypothermia.
Epsom salt can also be used for foot baths (if it is not possible to take a general bath).
The recommended course is 10-15 procedures. Further, a bath with Epsom salt can be taken in the maintenance mode with any regularity and just for pleasure.
After the procedure, apply to the body Magnesium lotion or Moistening emulsion to moisturize the skin and complement the relaxing effect.
For hair
Epsom salt can be mixed 1: 1 with sulfate-free shampoo and applied to hair. Lather gently and let sit for a few minutes.
The result is shiny, soft hair, manageable and nourished.
For nails
Add Epsom salt to your hand bath before your manicure.
Complement basic care with Magnesium gel for nails course - to strengthen the nail plate and nourish the cuticle.
