Receiving the goods, what should you do if the goods are damaged?
To deliver orders, we have chosen services that we trust.
Remember, when we submit your order for delivering, we insure it. The transport company undertakes to deliver everything intact or pay you for the damage. It is important to know that claims for appearance are accepted only at the time of delivery in the presence of the courier or at the office at the time of receipt of the parcel.
If something went wrong and upon receipt of the parcel you noticed external signs of damage to the goods, for example, the packaging was damaged or the container was broken, and the order had already been paid to us by card, fill out a special act at the department immediately. Ask for the act from the delivery service worker. It is called the “Acceptance and Transfer Act” or “Claim”. This will allow you to receive material compensation from the post office for damaged goods.
If you have arranged for cash on delivery and upon receipt found damage to the goods due to the fault of the delivery service, then take 3 steps:
- Take the "Acceptance Certificate" or "Claim" from the postal employee, fill it out. Indicate in it the name, quantity and cost of damaged items;
- Take a photo of the act and send us on Viber/Telegram +38(099) 510 48 92;
- Then refuse to receive the goods.
We will immediately send you a new parcel/ Then we will deal with the transport company ourselves.
Replacing a defective goods
If it is happened that before you started using you found a visible defect or flaw, for example, the dispenser is broken, there is no protective membrane on the tube, the seal is loose and the cosmetics spilled, you received an incomplete set of cosmetics, do not be discouraged, this rarely happens, but we know how it is decide.

When returning a defective product, the original packaging is important and it should not show any signs of use. We can accept applications for the return or exchange of goods within 14 days from the date of purchase (receipt of the parcel at the delivery service office).

What cannot be returned or exchanged
Good quality cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged. This is not provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
