Mild redness or tingling may occur during the first half of the application — this is a normal reaction that fades soon after.
Sometimes, especially on thin, sensitive skin, bakuchiol masks may cause redness, a warming sensation, or light tingling. This typically occurs 5–10 minutes after application. You may also feel some tightness. This is a normal response to bakuchiol and usually subsides on its own within 10–30 minutes after the procedure ends.
For thicker or less sensitive skin, there may be no visible reaction — the care effect remains the same.
