For a general bath (adults)
Fill the bath with warm water (recommended temperature 37-38 ° C). Add 100-150 g of concentrate per standard bath (about 100 liters).
The amount of product can be increased as you get used to the procedure, up to 250-300 g per general bath.
Take a bath for 20-30 minutes, immersing yourself to the heart.
After a general bath, apply a moisturizing emulsion or Magnesium Lotion to the body.
For a children's bath
Add 0.5-1 tablespoon of concentrate to a children's bath. Duration of the procedure is 10 minutes, immersing yourself to the heart line.
After the bath, apply your usual moisturizer.
For baths (local procedures for hands or feet)
Add 15-20 g of concentrate per 10 liters of water at a comfortable temperature.
Foot baths can successfully replace general baths in case of contraindications or unavailability of general baths.
