Toner is a water-based product, often clear or translucent, used immediately after cleansing before applying serum or cream.
The main function of the tonic is to equalize the ph of the skin after washing.
How to use the tonic correctly
After you have cleansed your skin with the usual means, it is the turn of the tonic.
There are several ways to apply a tonic.
Method 1
Dispense a small amount of tonic into the palm of your hand, join your palms to distribute the product on both hands, and then apply to the face with soft padding movements. Allow the product to absorb naturally into the skin.
Method 2
Apply tonic on a cotton pad and wipe the skin with the disk, moving along the massage lines: from the center of the forehead to the temples, from the middle of the face to the periphery, from the center of the chin to the edges of the jaw, wipe the neck from the bottom up. Try not to stretch the skin.
Method 3
Apply the required amount of tonic on a cosmetic napkin and attach the napkin to your face for half a minute to a minute. 
This is the most gentle way for sensitive, irritated or inflamed skin.
Avoid applying toner to slightly damp skin. After complete absorption of the tonic by the skin, you can proceed to the next stage of care - applying serum, cream or mask.
Tonic must be applied every time you carry out the cleansing procedure - that is, both in the morning and in the evening.
Do not forget to apply the tonic on the neck and décolleté areas - everything that we wash, treat with tonic and moisturize (not just the face).

Balancing Toner helps to get rid of minor skin imperfections, improves tone, refreshes.
