Retail Orders
For retail orders ranging from 2,500 to 4,999, delivery is provided at our expense.
Orders of 5,000 UAH or more
For orders of 5,000 UAH or more, a partner discount is automatically applied—starting at 15%, depending on the order total. Free delivery is provided for such orders if the total amount is 16,000 UAH or more after the discount is applied.
Delivery to a parcel locker
If your order is delivered to a parcel locker, free delivery covers one compartment.
Courier delivery
If you choose door-to-door delivery, we cover the cost of delivery to the branch. The additional cost of courier delivery to the recipient’s address is not included in INLY’s free delivery offer.
International delivery
The offer applies only to deliveries within Ukraine and does not apply to international shipments.
